Most PMS bundled websites are built as a feature inside the PMS — designed to display listings, not to convert. CraftedStays is purpose-built conversion infrastructure that pairs with your PMS rather than replacing it. We invest in design, conversion-tested templates, AI-search-ready schema, and ongoing platform improvements — work most PMS website tools don't prioritize because the website is one of fifty features they ship. Compared to bundled options, CraftedStays customers typically see meaningful lift in direct booking conversion.

No integration fee. You pay your PMS subscription as you do today, and a CraftedStays subscription separately. CraftedStays does not take a cut of bookings, and we do not charge a fee for the PMS API connection.

Bookings always flow back into your PMS in real time — and the checkout experience is built around how each PMS handles payments. For Hospitable, Hostfully, and OwnerRez, CraftedStays integrates natively with each PMS's checkout so payment and reservation creation run through your existing PMS, with no third-party processor in between. For Hostaway, operators can stay on the bundled Hostaway checkout or run a custom Stripe integration through CraftedStays for a fully on-domain flow — an option that tends to be more cost-efficient for higher-volume operators. Either way, guests stay on your brand and reservations land in your PMS.

Most operators see their first preview within 15 minutes of connecting their PMS, and live within a week. Compared to a custom WordPress agency build (8–14 weeks, $15k–$50k), it's a different tier of speed.

CraftedStays integrates with adjacent vacation rental tools where they pair naturally with the direct booking experience. StayFi (guest WiFi marketing) is one example — capture guest emails through your property WiFi, then turn those captures into repeat direct bookings on your CraftedStays site. Every CraftedStays site ships with schema markup (Article, FAQPage, Organization, Quotation, Product/Offer, BreadcrumbList) on every commercial page. FAQ accordions are structured for AI engines to lift directly. Citation-friendly content patterns — named entities, dated quotes, specific data — are baked into the templates. We publish original quarterly research on what patterns ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude cite, then build the findings into the platform.
