A working session with someone who sets these up every week. We work through your portfolio and your questions, in whatever order you want them.
So we can put you with the right person on our team, and carry your details into the calendar.
Aria researches your market, finds what your site is missing, and your team makes the change in plain language, with no developer.
Heated infinity pools, lake-view great rooms, ski-in trails. Concierge included.
There is no fixed agenda. These are the six that come up most, and we go deeper on whichever ones matter to your portfolio.
The editor, the template library, and how a page changes when you tell it to in plain language. No developer in the loop.
Live availability, rates that match what you publish, and checkout running through the payment setup you already use.
Search, property page, direct price next to Airbnb and Vrbo for the same dates, then checkout. All of it on your own domain, no handoff.
Google, and the AI answers people now ask first. Pages are structured to be cited in AI answers by default, and Aria researches your market to find what yours is missing.
What a migration actually involves, how we hold your search rankings through it, and which parts your team never has to touch.
Pricing, analytics, what your team can edit, how the data comes back to you. If we cannot answer it on the call, we say so and follow up.

Results are from specific portfolios and reflect what those operators achieved on the platform. Yours will depend on your market, your rates, and how much demand you already own.
It depends who you meet. Portfolios of ten properties or fewer book 45 minutes with our customer success team. Larger portfolios book 30 minutes with Gil, our founder, over Zoom. Either way, if the conversation is useful we will make more time for it.
That is what the property count on the form decides. Ten or fewer goes to the customer success team, who spend their days getting sites live and converting. More than ten goes to Gil, because those conversations usually turn into questions about migration, portfolio structure and search that are faster to answer at the founder level.
Our calendars do fill up, particularly the founder track. Email hello@craftedstays.co with two or three times that suit you and we will work around them. The same applies after you have booked: if something moves, reply to the confirmation and we will reschedule.
No pressure either way. The goal is to show you what the platform does and help you work out whether it fits. If it does not, we will tell you plainly rather than keep you in a pipeline.
Yes. We pull up working operator sites during the call and walk the booking path on them the way a guest would. If you connect your property management system beforehand, you can also see a live preview built from your own properties, which is usually the part that makes the decision obvious either way.
That is completely fine, and common. Plenty of operators book a demo months before they intend to change anything, because replatforming is easier to plan for when you already know what it involves. Treat it as research. Nothing is attached to it.
No. Bring your current site and the questions it raises. If you want the call to go deeper, it helps to know which property management system you run and roughly what share of your bookings come direct today, but neither is required.
